Relationships are key. Not only for ourselves or when we are carrying out our functions, but for everyone, because everyone’s life is made up of relationships. Our identity and the way in which we are perceived derive from them. Kind Leadership is a new approach to power whose theorization is based on the correlation of three factors, equally decisive and interdependent, defined as the “Kind Leadership Triangle”. Results are placed at the top, and they are introduced in Kind Leadership through the concept of sustainable results. Another key word is well-being: people do what they love, and know how to do things, in a relational network that knows how to see and recognize them. The last key word is motivation, that is anchored to endogenous motivation, definitively abandoning the exogenous one. This dialogue between Guido Stratta and Luca Brambilla tells the evolution of this discipline, from its introduction to the Enel group to other contexts, finally reaching the connection with Strategic Communication and the macro-trends of the future.
